ملامح الحبشيين في احمد اباد/الهند Gujarat, India

المكان: ولاية كوجرات -الهند.

 في أحمد اباد وحتى مدينة سورات ستجد قبورعلى قارعة الطريق تعلوها أعلام خضراء، إنها لهؤلاء الحبشيون الذين ينتسبون أنفسهم إلى بلال مؤذن الرسول ..لأن بلال كان أصله من الحبشة، وحتى في سلوكهم الحياتي يقتدون بما كان عليه بلال ،لعلهم يجدون في القوة الرّوحانية لهذا الــنسب مخرجا من فقرهم المدقع.

 لقد أصبحوا شريحة من نسيج الفقراء الضخم الذي تصافحه العين في المناطق القديمة من المدن والموانئ الكوجراتية. كان يطلق على هؤلاء اسم حبشي، ثم لقبوا باسم سيدي، وتعني الأجراء.
